This short questionnaire will give us a sense of your organization's eligibility for the All Good Work Residency Program. It should be filled out by someone who is familiar with both the staffing and funding aspects of the organization. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Note that we do not accept applications from organizations that are politically partisan, religious, or that exist only to promote the welfare of their own membership. We do not admit organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender and/or gender identity, age, national origin, disability, veteran or military status, pregnancy, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status, or organizations that promote discrimination on the basis of those criteria.

What's the name of your organization? *

What's your organization's URL, if any?

What kind of social impact does your organization focus on creating? *

All Good Work is aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, so please frame your organization's impact in terms of the following categories.

What's your social impact model?

All Good Work recognizes three distinct types of social impact organizations;

1) The product/service has a direct social impact. For example, an organization that makes sandwiches to feed the homeless, or a company that produces a device for developing countries to create potable water.

2) The organization engages in regular commercial activity but does so by working with the community to teach new skills or create jobs. For example, a bakery that hires ex-offenders, or a chocolate maker that opens a factory in a developing country to process cacao and train locals in business.

3) An organization that for every product or service they sell, a similar product (Buy One Give One aka BOGO) or set donation is given to a person in need. For example, a shoe company that gives away a pair of shoes for every pair it sells, or a salad dressing company that gives all of its profits to nonprofit organizations.

Eligible orgs will generally fit in one or more categories, but we also allow for other models that are designed to have a social impact. If you choose "other" please explain in the section below.

How specifically does your organization achieve its social impact with that model?

How do you measure success?

How is your organization incorporated?

How many founders / active officers does your organization have?

How many paid employees does your organization have?

Since when have you been in operation?

How diverse is your leadership, regarding gender, ethnicity, and otherwise?

What's your approximate current annual funding? *

You can give us a rough range!
How are you currently funded? *

How many clients do you currently serve annually?

This doesn't need to be perfectly accurate; just giving us a very rough idea would be helpful.

What's your current workspace situation?

If you're selected, you'll be asked to pay a program management fee of $50/mo per seat.

This covers the cost of setting you up and creating ongoing improvements to the program over time. This also ensures we are placing applicants who are committed to using the space they're being offered.

If you have questions or concerns, let us know in the next field.

How many people do you need seats for?

Right now we are focused on placing organizations needing less than 10 seats, but if you're organization is larger, you may still apply as new, larger spaces may open up.
What coworking space/location are you applying for?

Please check the map of available locations, which includes some information about the space and amenities. You can find the map here:

Please do not answer "any" or similar; we must have a specific location that you are applying for to proceed with the application process. If the space that you would like to apply to is full, we will put you on a wait-list until that space or a space in the same area opens up.
